We will on arrival show you our licences and identification and for your information all technicians undergo a criminal record security check.
We will arrive on the scheduled day and at the scheduled time. Due to the nature of pest control and its unforeseen challenges sometimes jobs previous to yours (but on the same day) can take longer than expected. This does occasionally happen, and if it does we will always let you know at least one hour prior to your scheduled time if we are running late and will give a reason and will ask if it is still convenient to come. Alternative arrangements can then be made without affecting the rest of your day’s plans.
We will discuss pricing for a customer’s pest solution prior to service and if during treatment extra work is required at added costs then we will always contact you to gain approval before this work takes place.
We will provide customers with an accurate invoice, an informative work order and other beneficial documents. These documents contain useful information on insect activity noted, description of remedial action taken and recommendations highlighting any areas of future concern.
Educating customers is a crucial element of any pest control programme.
